I just wanted to hop on and say that I have been really impressed since Cushman & Wakefield took over this property. The last two owners we've had were horrible and the property started to decline because of it. Cushman & Wakefield are having to fix a lot of half done work from previous owners and are taking the giant hurdles one at a time. Don't get me wrong, we have our issues but it really is a beautiful property, the neighbors are great for the most part, and the office/maintenance/etc staff are the best they've been in years. Molly, the manager of the property, is absolutely the best. She truly cares about the residents and will go to bat for us. She's the one that pushed for new roads, the pool getting fixed so it can stay open instead of being closed every other week, and is curren
