I recently moved in and I loved the service that I received from Mia she’s works in front desk. She’s was adorable and so helpful. Also the property manager was the sweet human I’ve ever met!! Thank you so much for everything yall did for me and my family. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother process to moving in and y’all’s help made it everything!

The way the roads are designed in the complex do not drive into the complex during snow conditions your car will get stuck.

Thanks to our maintenance crew for getting up on the roof to clean out my dryer vent. It made a big difference in how long it took to dry my laundry today. Maybe it will even lower my electric bill!

I’ve only lived here a short time but am happy with the staff that help answer my questions and showed me around before I signed the papers. Melanie was a great help in me deciding on Timber Lakes apartments. My one bedroom is perfect size for me and my two small pets.

Maintenance is prompt to fix things. Close location. Only thing is I think my apartment is haunted because the doors open and close by themselves (after I’ve locked them) multiple times at 3am and the tv randomly turns on and off throughout the day by itself.
