The front desk staff at the property seem to maintain a polite demeanor, but one "manager Sandra" sitting in the back office here is unreasonable and downright rude. It feels like they'll go out of their way to drive you out. She also speaks in a very impolite manner, accompanied by crude. If I were you, I'd suggest finding another apartment. Since switching property management companies, they seem to have discovered that getting rid of anyone who causes trouble is actually a pretty good strategy. My husband and I are extremely clean—our apartment is spotless with mostly white furniture. We reported a roach infestation last week, and the office came twice. However, we were shocked to receive an email demanding that we vacate by Monday, blaming us for the issue due to “lack of housekeeping. This place was amazing! The office staff was great, the maintenance staff is the best! Maintenance supervisor that came with the new owners last year has turned this place around! Give him a raise!!!

I love the property, the office staff is always friendly and when maintenance is needed I’ve never had to wait even 24hrs for a resolution. Very professional! Thank you Timberlake!

I'm extremely happy with my apartment very clean the staff are excellent, very well spoken people and respect their tenants and let me know to be sure to ask if there is anything that needs to be repaired,rent is very reasonable I will be sure to recommended timber lake apartments to anyone
