If you don’t mind living with mold, it’s not *that* bad. My boyfriend & I moved in Octoberish 2024 (moved out December ‘25) before a new management changeover happened. We were shown a different unit than the one we would be renting, the apartment shown was clean & refreshed. Obviously ours was not. There was mold lining the entire place, making our closets a sweetspot for mold to grow, ruining many of our items as we realized the severity of the mold. The windows don’t seal or lock, the heating & cooling didn’t work properly (also tons of mold within the ac unit). We went to management about the mold & were told it was due to our open turtle tank we had although the mold clearly predates 2024. Please read before renting at Timber Hollow: My son and his friend rented a unit at Timber Hollow and, unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing and frustrating. After only a few weeks of living there, we discovered what appeared to be mold inside the air ducts of his apartment. Management offered to move them to other available units within the complex. However, during walkthroughs of four other units in other buildings at Timber Hollow, we noticed similar mold growth in the ducts as well. From what we personally saw, multiple apartments seemed to have the same mold issue. ---

I've been here going on 2yrs. The first year was great but since then things have gone south. Some of the main service's that drew me here have been canceled. Good luck getting hold of anyone in the office, half the time they never answer the phone other times I've gone to the office at 10am (they open at 9am) and the staff have gone to lunch. Mold in the HVAC, no bathroom fans, poor insulation, and soft spots in the flooring. These were ongoing issues that were never properly addressed. When I tried to leave due to these conditions, management stopped responding to emails and wouldn’t answer the phone. I sent documented notice of my move-out date and a mail forwarding request and received no response.. then they keep me on the emailing list and ask me to recommend to people to live here?! Absolutely not. The lack of communication and basic decency is shocking. Do not sign a lease here.

No one ever answers the phone, and instead of giving a legit number to contact them management just says yeah "the number may be different online" ok so give us a number to contact you! Was supposed to meet with the manager today March 7th during operating hours, it's passed 10 and they're STILL closed even though they open at 10.... don't walk RUN.
