Working with Tim Hinde at Coldwell Banker in the Cincinnati Area and with Carrier was a great experience for me. I had the challenge of trying to find a property relatively quickly around the holiday period for a work relocation and Tim was up for the challenge. Within a few days, he had several properties ready to look through and we went on a great tour / mix of variety of options through the Cincinnati area. In the end, I bought in the Columbia/Tusculum area and Tim helped through the negotiations and inspection period with great assistance. Ended up closing in about a month and I am really happy with the experience and end result. I would highly recommend Tim/Carrie for their professionalism, knowledge of the area, & willingness to work with me on my moving needs.

Tim and Carrie were excellent! We were looking for a house in Cincinnati to be close to our daughter, son-in-law, and grandson. We looked a LOT of houses over a period of at least 10months. We made on offer on a house that we a 4 minute walk to our kids. However, after inspection, we decided that there was too much for us to do to bring it up to what we would want. After another about 2 months of looking we found a great place less than 10 minutes from our kids that is a perfect match, especially to my wife. We will definitely use Tim and Carrie again when we sell or purchase in the area.
