I will be the first to say this business relationship started out great. But over the 3 year span I rented from this landlord things went from great to rough. When I first moved in I did everything and anything he asked me to do at the property I was renting from him. I EVEN went as far as to help him with other rental properties of his. Then there was my separation from my wife that came about. I moved on and I met someone else. Now this person spent A LOT of time at the property I was renting, helped me out with my kids when I had to work nights among other things. At this point they were there a lot but never technically moved in.
