Tilson Homes

We are rebuilding a damaged house in Kerrville. The staff at Tilson have been great! Kimberly Laxton is our coordinator and has done a fantastic job keeping us informed and pushing through on the planning and permit process! They just poured the new foundation this week, I’ll update the review when the construction is complete. We are very happy that we chose Tilson!

JC low-balled my parents! This was not the plan they had wanted, but JC kept on brushing my concerns on the floor plan saying that I have no say in the situation because I wasn't contributing financially towards the house. The floor plan is not what we paid for and we couldn't get a hold of JC with a darn! Now the concrete is done and now my parents are screwed! How is Tyson going to fix this? I have a sneaking suspicion that this is to get more money out of my folks by messing up on plans to redo the whole thing. I want Tilson to contact my family and meet at the property to make sure it is the actual plans! Mold already. Subpar wood for anchors. Trash everywhere. I thought this was Tilson not KB Homes!

We finally pulled the trigger on building on our property and Thank you to Kim at the boerne location and Summer our project manager they been so helpful and patient with us. Our forever house is 5 months in the making. No complaints what so ever

We had Tilson build our retirement home and I regret that decision. Dealing with them has been extremely disappointing and frustrating virtually every step along the way. Based on my experience their trades almost across the board do sloppy subpar work. I would certainly not recommend them to anyone I know.

Everything was great from start to finish from helping with the design of the home to the closing and everything in between Boerne Tilson was amazing
