Melissa Tilley has been my property manager for 30 years. I am very fortunate to have a property manager to manage my properties is if they were her own. Melissa has made the Glenn Arthur neighborhood a pleasant place to reside and a more safe environment . She provides superb maintenance for my properties and is quick on reaction. I'm voting for Melissa Tilley as Greenville's best property manager of the year for 2025.

I’ve loved my time with Tilley Properties. The apartment is super affordable and Melissa is always responsive. It’s great area and in walking distance of ECU and downtown Greenville. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to live in the Greenville area!

I rented from Miss Tilley back in 2015. At the time my credit wasn't great, and I had a cat. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to find a reasonably priced place, but Tilley came through with a lovely 2 bedroom off of Evans St. She was super nice, accommodating, had (and still has based on her website), reasonable pet fees and rental prices. The apartment I stayed at was well maintained, and the couple of times we did need maintenance to come, they showed up promptly and did great work. Some landlords make you feel like a nuisances for needing maintenance, but Tilley was always kind and ready to make sure whatever needed to be done was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Tilley Properties is an amazing company to rent from. We have been renting from Mrs. Tilley for 2 years and have no complaints. Any issues that have come up, she and her team have solved these problems quickly. It is a very tight knit community and all neighbors are very friendly/inviting. I have never felt unsafe in my two years of living with Tilley Properties. You are in walking distances of so many restaurants and businesses. As well as, minutes away from ECU and downtown! My wife and I have rented from Melissa Tilley since 2020, and so often we feel blessed to be here. Our rental is affordable, well maintained with a one time pet fee, and most importantly - peaceful! Any maintenance orders are handled swiftly and by individuals I trust and feel safe around. If our family has ever needed understanding for personal dealings - Melissa has extended that, along with the utmost kindness. She truly has the open door policy with her tenants and cares that the neighborhood meshes harmoniously. My family does not intend to rent anywhere else anytime soon.
