Tigua Village Apartments

I have been living here at Tigua apartments for 9 months and counting and I plan of renewing my contract with them. Office staff especially Misty is very polite and professional young lady helps you with any way she can. Maintenance crew works really hard to take care of property and vincity. I would recommend Tigua Apartments to call home. Keep up the good work

Good prices, but maintenance is not always there when I call or need them. My ceiling has a huge hole by the front door for months! Bugs everywhere . area is sketchy and cops are always there

It’s a Monday and I work from home, can someone please explain why they can’t cut grass and blow the leaf on a damn Saturday, the guy who does this stays in one spot for almost and hour using the machine on low and high, low and high low and high and then he stops and goes louder, do your chores on the weekends not weekdays

Took a tour of the property, building is a little old but properly priced, a two bedroom for $890 not bad at all. Misty took me on a tour of the community and answered all my questions greeted every resident by name. Very sweet and nice if they had a one bedroom downstairs I would definitely have moved in!
