Tiger Village Apartments

I love Tiger Village! The management office staff are very nice and accommodating. You can tour the property and even the apartment you are interested in prior to signing. They have a strict application process, such as checking credit score and criminal history, but it is definitely worth it. Everyone I've met here neighbor-wise is super nice. They have a pool which is free for all residents to use. You have to pay for laundry, but it's not very expensive, $1.50 for each washer or dryer use. There is also a dog park that is very nice, it's a great place to let our dogs run around. The apartment office has a gym, tanning booth, and business center as well. Maintenance staff is great, they are all very nice and let you know beforehand if they need to enter your apartment for any reason. Ove

The staff was incredibly accommodating, always ready to help with any concerns I had. On top of that, the maintenance team responded quickly and efficiently to any issues, ensuring that everything was back up and running in no time. the apartment itself has poor soundproofing. You can hear everything from upstairs or downstairs neighbors, whether it's loud music, or even running/jumping. If you're sensitive to noise, this could be a major downside."

If you are considering coming to tiger village, here is what you can expect. I have a 1 bedroom on the second floor. Rent- The rent is a little higher when compared to nearby ones, but for good reason. My friends all live in nearby complexes and I hear weekly complaints about their quality. Tiger Village does their best to accommodate low incomes and will work with you the best they can. Tiger village does require 2.5x the rent for collective income. Utilities- The sewage/water is included on top of rent. Typically the water bill is about 20-30 dollars. The gas is only used by a heater. In the summer, gas is about a dollar a month, and about 50-70 in the winter. As a night worker and a gamer, I probably use more electricity than most, but it typically comes out to 90-110. Friendly neighbors, wonderful staff, always greeted with a wave and a smile. Clean environment, great amenities, a place for my dog to run around off her leash. Been here 4 years now, and my boyfriend and I have no complaints. Although a soda machine in the clubhouse would be pretty sweet!! Jus saying ;)

I have lived in Tiger Village for 2 years and I would recommend it. I have enjoyed having a one bedroom apartment that looks over the courtyard - it is really nice and peaceful. The apartments are a good size for one person. I have always been able to find parking - although with this bad winter we had causing potholes, the roads/parking lots could use some work. The office/maintenance staff is very friendly and make themselves available. The pool is free for residents and it is great to lounge at during the summer time. Overall, I enjoyed living at Tiger Village!
