1 star isn’t low enough… if there was a negative 5 this would be it. I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my recent experience with a property owner and their staff from Tiger Reality. A staff member by the name of “Josue”. Who I am not entirely sure is licensed to be a sales-person & his “boss” who goes by the name of “Lam”. Both EXTREMELY Shady…. I had been in communication with this Josue character for approximately 2-3 months regarding leasing an apartment. Honestly it felt like I was led on.. Finally 2 weeks ago, we came to an apartment for lease & agreed that it would be ready by today January 29th. After spending that time reviewing the unit and preparing to move forward, I arrived to sign the lease as agreed. Josue told me to be there @ 8pm at the home owners house

Working with Emily and her team on the sale of my home was a great and seamless experience. Emily was always communicative and had our house on the market the day after she first saw the home. Talk about fast! She also priced it just right and the pictures on the website were so amazing, I almost didn't even recognize my own house! The house sold quickly thanks to Emily. I had a really good experience working with Tiger Realty when I sold my house in Brooklyn. The whole team was super helpful and easy to talk to. They walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and kept me updated the whole time. Terrible realtor. Tyler wants to sell houses quick to earn his commission fast so he marks down the price of your house by a lot. Good thing I didn’t have him sell my house. He also takes 3% commission but other realtors that reached out to me is offering a 1.5% commission.
