Tiger Pointe Apartments

My Daughter rented a cute little apartment here while doing her LSU Masters Program and she loved living here! She got along really good with the Office Staff and they were very friendly to me anytime I visited. It was so convenient for her to jump on the LSU Campus Bus because the Bus stops right outside the Apartments. The courtyard always seemed nicely maintained and it is surprisingly quiet given the neighborhood!

This is a perfectly acceptable place overall, but there is a major issue with dogs being unleashed and roaming freely at all times—they really need to revise this policy. Another significant drawback was their handling of the security deposit. Although I had to leave one month before the end of my nine-month contract, I informed them in advance and we had a mutual agreement. Despite this, when I left, they refused to return my $600 deposit.

I've been living in this apartment for three years and it's been a wonderful experience! The location is ideal for LSU students, it’s just across the LSU campus and the neighborhood itself is quiet and safe. The apartment features modern amenities that have all functioned well, providing comfort and convenience. The management team deserves special mention for their professionalism and responsiveness; any issues or maintenance requests have been handled promptly and effectively. The community here is friendly and welcoming, which has truly made this feel like home. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for a great place to live next to LSU campus.

Living at Tiger Pointe was a great experience. I lived there for 3 years and the management staff and maintenance were always kind and helpful. I appreciated their quick response to my needs. They are professional and so kind always. Sadly i was transferred with my company and had to leave. Thank you so much for a great experience.

Not recommend and can't agree more with the last review! the previous owner was great but the new one is horrible and arrogant. I also lost my deposit due to the short notice and many other residents here also suffered with the same experience as mine. I have been lived in here for 4 years and the previous owner always delivered us a notice early on lease renewal and collected feedback on time. This time I called the new manager two months before I moved out asking about the due of notice, but they never mentioned about the 30 day notice in the call. Now I am feeling this is their trick to take my deposit. Especially my apartment is going to be refurnished after I moving out and technically they have no financial lost but still they try to take my deposit. Besides, the rent set by the
