Tierra Plaza Apartments

This apartment complex is a hidden treasure in my opinion. When you Google tierra plaza the same 5 bad reviews pop up everywhere which inspired me to share what a wonderful experience we have had her . We have lived here for 3 years now. Our neighbors are wonderful. We have had no issues with anyone in our circle. Everyone is very kind and quiet and respectful neighbors. The only noise is kids playing outside and that's a joyous sound. I see security car drive through and be extremely thorough everyday some times multiple times a day. The mail boxes are in a secured room by the office. And every person who we have encountered from the maintenance guy to Becky the property manager and even the owner we have met have all been very nice and understanding. We will stay here as long as possible

This is the worst community to rent from ever they have the WORST MANAGEMENT EVER, they will tell you things when you move in and when you move out will try to charge you for them and will treat you as if you are a liar. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RENTING FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER!!!!!!! PLEASE BE NOTED THAT THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND WILL TRY TO STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT FROM YOU FOR THINGS THEY HAVE SAID YOU WOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR I WILL BE PURSUING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS PROPERTY
