Ms tyisha and Ms Dawn are very professional, I am just moving into this community and I already feel embraced and welcome. I can already tell I am going to enjoy my stay here based on the type of service and positive attitude they have kept throughout my application process. Any questions I had were answered swiftly and with a smile. I already know I'm going to be renewing my lease with this staff in charge.

As the mail carrier for this apartment complex, I interact with the receptionist regularly, and she is truly exceptional. She is always professional, courteous, and incredibly organized, which makes a big difference in keeping everything running smoothly. She treats residents and delivery staff with the same level of respect and kindness, and it never goes unnoticed. Thank you Tyisha!!!!!

I am a tenant at Tidwell Estates Apts. I have been living here.for 8yrs now. I have been through quite a few leasing agents in that time. The ladies that are in the office now have been very helpful, attentive and cordial every time I go in the office. Not that I go all the time but they have been helpful everything. I actually don't know their names butcher are great ladies. All leasing agents that I have dealt with in this office have always been great. Ms.Dawn is very attentive when making sure tenants have everything they need. She has done wonders for the complex. Ms. Tanika is great as well she made sure my family was set from day 1. Highly recommended these apartments
