⚠️ Honest Review — Please Read Before Moving In ⚠️ I tried to ignore the bad reviews at first, thinking everyone has their own experience — but these apartments truly suck and the management is horrible. The young man working in the office clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing. The apartment is infested, the dishwasher smells like mold, and even after they “fixed” my leaking A/C twice, it’s still leaking. My toilet flushes when it wants to, and they constantly lie and mess up rent charges. They had me paying $1300, never answered the phone to update anything, and when I finally got through, they told me to pay $100 two days ago — now it jumped to $240. First of all, I wanna say to those out there looking to rent a property here do not rent anything here. They just tell you put in a work order and being it will take care of it while I have been putting work orders since I moved in, and the issues are still present the roach issues my refrigerator is constantly leaking. And now today I called The emergency number that they have listed on site go straight to the office voicemail. My water has not been hot all day today and still I haven’t got a response from anyone from maintenance. If I were you, I would not rent from this property They just take your money that’s all they do. I give it a zero stars I blame this incompetence on the management for there inability to properly manage this site.

Me and my parents have been living at these apartments for a while and recently we moved to a downstairs apartment. Out of nowhere the built in microwave was working then it stopped because the plug in wasn’t built all the way into the wall. One day I was home alone while my parents were working and I heard the lady from the from office knocking and continuing to knock, like anyone else would think if you knock and no one answers then leave a note but instead she cracked open our apartment knowing we have a dog and she shut it. Our dog doesn’t know her so she could have gotten herself bit. I didn’t answer the door because my parents tell me not to open it only if it’s a family member. These apartment charge for everything. The management starting 3/24 started towing everybody’s cars. No warnings at all! Now there’s no parking because a lot of the apartments are empty but if you park in those spots you’ll get towed. People are fighting for the uncovered parking now. It’s so bad people are parking in the emergency zones.
