Tides on Hulen

I lived at Tides On Hulen for a year and had a very complicated experience, but I do want to say that Felicia is a wonderful person to deal with. She was very kind very knowledgeable and very helpful every time I had an issue. She was very respectful to me and never gave me any problems when I had complaints about the roaches I had. I did live in an infested apartment with roaches, but it wasn’t because of me being dirty it was because I had neighbors upstairs who were dirty. Felicia handled it with all the professionalism in the world, and I really appreciated dealing with her the entire year. I lived there. I highly recommend dealing with Felicia if you go to Tides On Hulen to live.

i have lived here a year and this is my honest review: This place is very affordable and the price to quality ratio is not bad! I got an Un updated unit and for the square footage and patio it was not a bad price at all. The building is very well insulated and I hardly had problems with noise. Maintenance was always respectful to me. Get a doorbell camera or something to document the area around ur apartment a few people have come up to my door that I didn’t know. The tides property management company had been sold many many times and the office staff have no control over that. That being said, with this property, EVERYTHING needs to be documented in email. I recently visited this property while looking for a temporary apartment during my home remodel, and my experience with one of the leasing agents was disappointing. From the moment I walked in, she seemed visibly uninterested in helping. Any time I asked a question, she would sigh, appear annoyed, and even rolled her eyes on a couple of occasions. I can easily choose another apartment in this area, but I genuinely feel bad for people who are looking for a long term home and have to deal with that kind of attitude. Professionalism and basic courtesy should be the standard in customer facing roles, especially in leasing, where people are making important housing decisions. I had the pleasure of working with Felicia. She was very nice and professional! I had a horrible experience with another apartment in the area, earlier that day. Felicia informed of what was available and needed for me to get in my apartment. She made the process simple and easy. She turned my whole day around with her great customer service!!!

It’s a no for me! Just left this place looking for a unit for my client and when I say RUDE! One was one the phone so I give her that, but she looked dead at me and didn’t flinch a smile, wave, or nothing. The other lady had the place smelling like a Pan Asian restaurant and eating at her desk and scrolling. I know it took her 5 Mississippis seconds to say “How can I help you”. No name or nothing, and didn’t stop looking at the phone the whole time. Take your family, clients, and business elsewhere.
