Tides on Duneville

I moved in over a month ago and will say I am really happy I picked this complex. The rooms are spacious and I love that the kitchen is not just a basic galley kitchen. The office has been so nice and responsive to any issues I have had. There were some small maintenance issues when I moved in, but they were rectified with a day. My neighbors seem very nice so far and it is so quiet. I feel safe at home and when I am out walking my dog. I am very pleased with my move in so far and do recommend this complex.

I was visiting a friend who lives there and walked in to ask questions recently. The office was extremely rude and did not seem to want to help me because I am on section 8. I felt rushed specifically by I think his name was Ben. He didn't take any of my information, didn't offer to show me anything. He seemed irritated, I had a lot of questions and due to my disability I have to have a unit on the first floor he told me he wouldn't have anything until February even though I saw it online? I have never been so mistreated and felt less than human. I could hear him whispering to someone when I was leaving and I can only assume it was rude mean remarks. I am not sure how the manager did not step in. He just sat at his desk and did not seem to care and could clearly hear how I was being treate

Hello, I don't usually leave reviews, but I must say this is one of the best properties I've ever been to. It is very well maintained, and the manager Martin has excellent customer skills and is very personable. I highly recommend this place.

I recently moved to Duneville and I find it so hard to compare any one person as a super star you have the most elete group of attendants each deserve a 10 out of 10. So to compare each person I have to go to each strength. Leah finds answers to my contract with a speedy response Bennett is the go to guy Any situation he will find the answer. He has a control attitude and always makes any nonsense situation important to him Jordan is the one who greets everyone with such grace she is the one who gives all women men and children with such patients. She has answers to any question Jordan has a magnificent attitude to her job and me the people. The 3 work together sooooo well I had a hard time getting my act together but each one of these guys gave me strength to continue to be a renter tha

Pleasantly pleased with the new office staff! Came to visit family, been to the office multiple times over the last year with my aunt, and i just gotta say wowza! Leah is a gem, thank you Leah for navigating her through that issue!! The grounds are looking great, the staff is wonderful, as I stated before, pleasantly pleased and happy my aunt is happy!
