I was going to move into this complex but I simply couldn't. Is a gated complex but the gate doesn't work and they ahve no idea when they're gonna fix it, so anybody can come in and out. I went into the facility expecting to have the keys of my apartment at the time accorded (3pm) and after almost 2 hrs of waiting (due to "cleaning") I was able to see/hear many red flags with the tenants & complex: First one tenant was being warned because he had a visitor/guest harrasing other tenants, and this wasn't his first warning. Even the Mail driver suggested to the manager to install security cameras due to the people doing drugs in the area and a recent "incident" in the complex. After two hours of waiting in the lobby I noticed that the room wasn't like the one I was shown when tour the propier

This place is a scam. I moved in December of 2025, and apparently a whole different management took over right after I moved in. I didn't even know about it until the maintenance guy - which is the only good thing about this place - mentioned it to me one morning while I was on my way to work. It's currently February and I'm not even on their file to live here? I payed the deposit, January's rent, and everything, just to be told I don't even live here. Where did all my money go then? On top of that, the housing is awful. Smoke and grease residue everywhere, roaches, mold, etc. Disgusting housing conditions and even worse management. I wish I never moved here.

Living in this apartment has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The management clearly doesn’t care about their tenants or maintaining the property. Every time something breaks, it takes forever to get a response—if they even bother to fix it at all. I’ve had multiple maintenance issues that were completely ignored or patched up halfway, only for the problem to come back again. Communication is terrible, and it feels like once they have your rent money, you’re on your own. The staff is unresponsive and dismissive the girl at the office is Jessica and there’s no sense of responsibility or customer service , Jessica is a horrible person . She probably suffers some anger issues. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the stress and look somewhere else where

This management has done A LOT for the residents WAYYY BETTER than any management company (FPI) before this one. They said my utility bill was too high gave me $100 credit 2 months in a row! The girls in the office work with you, a lot of people fall behind on rent and it’s ONLY ONE late fee not everyday!! On top of them working with me I never had any apartment do that they will normally evict after no payment and 5 days but they are really trying to help us. The nasty people under this post aren’t telling the full truth I will say you have to remember not everyone lives the same and a lot of people are dirty and don’t want to admit it but they will admit they have roaches. I wonder why they stay in these peoples apartments…. Maybe cause they are dirty not the management I seen BURNS Pest

Plumbing has been backed up since Thursday 12/04/25 and there is no sense of urgency to get this resolved. There are several of us in the lower units dealing with this issue. This is a hazard to our healths. I've been having to go to relatives home to shower as well as my local gym. On top of that Im already paying over $100 of water for a single person unit. The rent is low and you will get what you pay for, shitty apartments literally.
