Tides at Royal Lane South

Moved in here a couple months ago and so far haven’t had any issues. The manager chela was very helpful and made the process easy. I’ve gone to the office a few times and have spoken with Marisol and she was also kind and helpful. The maintenance guy Miguel is also cool and does good work when I moved in. Definitely recommend

I’ve had a great experience living at this property. The community is clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. Chela, the property manager, does an excellent job running the community—she’s professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Miguel, who works here, is also fantastic and always helpful whenever assistance is needed. Together, they make the experience here smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I stopped by the office as I was driving by and noticed the colorful balloons. When I walked in the office it was very welcoming and smelled so good. I was greeted by Marisol and she was with the Property Manager Chela. They both were very friendly and explained everything. I really liked the community. I recommend 100%.

I helped my brother move in about a month ago, and everything has been going really well so far. The property manager, Chela, has been very friendly and attentive throughout the process. Any concerns I noticed during his move-in were addressed, and the maintenance man, Miguel, assured us to reach back out if my brother had any other issues.

I booked a tour recently & right away knew this was where I wanted to live! Marisol and Chela attended to me & they were absolutely amazing with such a great vibe. The property was clean & looked great! We also ran into Miguel the very friendly and nice maintenance man. I highly recommend this place!
