Tides at North Nellis

My daughter has lived there for 2 years and the pool is never opened! (Seasonal) Even when it was operational, have the time they wouldn't even unlock it! (Too lazy!) Plus the drains were always clogged with debris and trash. Tenants would leave personal items around there and staff did nothing about it.👎 What's the point of offering this amenity if it's never available?! Every time we've gone to the office, they're either closed or out of the office. The phone numbers that they have listed get you no where! I do have to give praise to the maintenance workers... they do try their best to get things fixed as soon as they can. Kinda weird how they're always getting (New) office employees... I guess you get what you pay for... 🙄

Do not rent here management is a lie they do not offer free month or any rent concessions they they did not have any available units to move in within 14 days and told me that I did not qualify for a free month rent because I did not move in within 14 days, but they did not have any available units to move into within 14 days also upon moving in the house was filthy dirty and I have pictures to prove it management company will not do anything about my camera told me that they are aware and tear and it because it’s a classic unit I will have to deal with that when I first moved in my bathwater was green management did not come out and change anything With my tub they just told me to run the water My cabinets had roaches in them. The sink smells of dirty sewer, leaving your whole house stink

Not satisfied living here can not wait until my lease is up , how you get a service fee for pet deposit and I don’t have NO PETS , the roof was leaking took them 3months to come fix it , they blame me for the room leaking , they blame me for the dishwasher broken , they blame me for everything when I just moved in January of this year I am so irritated living in theses apartments I wouldn’t recommend no one to theses apartments. Can’t wait until my lease is up. The $500 off doesn’t go on your rent until 3 months but in the app it says soon as you move in they lie to you all the time wouldn’t recommend living here. Then extra fees they don’t tell you until you sign the lease. It’s ok.Pool isn’t open never open , can’t go to the gym because it’s by the office , DO NOT MOVE HERE Update: pool

NOT A SAFE PLACE !!!!!! Gated but anyone can drive in if anybody else gets the gate open, security cameras DO NOT WORK but they don’t tell you that until AFTER you show up with the police report they require you to have first office is suppose to be open till 5 or 6 but will randomly be locked at noon with zero notice of anything and phones will go unanswered place is constantly flooded from Pool and sprinklers being broken. Security company rarely responds and is never seen after 7pm and even if they do come by it’s only for a quick drive through and they leave. Update: due to lack of working cameras they can’t figure out who damaged the pool so another year of no pool that makes 3 years in a row now and Protective Force International the hired security company has been barely seen and wh

Pool hasn’t been worked and I been here for 2 years and still nothing and pest control does a half ass job, upper management doesn’t really do much. Front gate and side gate doors always broken.
