We moved since February 2024 and I just can’t believe these all happened for us. Penny helped us to move thanks to her and I love her so much. The problem is starting with leaking on the roof that never been fixed so we have to put flex seal to temporarily stop the leaking from the roof wall, another leaking from under the stairs and make the carpet flood and smells so bad and still since April 8th we put the order they just trying to dry it out but no change anything so the maintenance turn off the hot water and we can’t even shower because of that 😢, there is no light outside our building and when it’s night time feel like hell. The gate that the other was no access and now they open for our side and they said will lock that gate, my window is cracked and they don’t change that either an

If I could give zero stars, I would. Living at Tides at Meadowbrook has been a frustrating and exhausting experience marked by unresolved maintenance issues, miscommunication, and a clear disregard for tenant rights. We moved in November 2024 and immediately encountered serious problems: plumbing backups/consistent sewage flooding onto our kitchen and living room floors for 5+ weeks straight, faulty fire alarms and outlets, loose ceiling fans, a broken heater and A/C, door lock issues, and a nonfunctional washing machine. We submitted multiple maintenance requests both online and in person, but there were no follow-ups, and we were often met with hostility from staff. We even reached out to the supervisor Bailee Bench, who was zero help to us at all. It blows my mind how this business sta

Update: Maintenance finally came last night. Said they would have a plumber out today. Surprise, no plumber came at all, so now it’s looking like Thursday! No contact from management whatsoever! Can’t shower or anything until they fix this. They should at the very least move us to a different unit! Should also add the dishwasher has never worked and there’s a broken window in the bedroom upstairs that they still haven’t fixed from months ago! This is against Health code!! Can’t get anyone to respond to an EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE message. Just leave a message. Meanwhile water is pouring through the ceiling from somewhere inside the walls!

Tides of Meadowbrook Apts. Are not the ones that you would want to move into. Management is not consistent with getting work orders done, never enough staff or maintenance to complete jobs required. Roaches, We are paying one year late water bills because they had to find a new company, so we are not current. Management has changed hands over 4-5 times since I’ve been living here. Changing tow company, only have one way access into and out of complex. Dangerous @ night, my building has been without security lights for over 6 months. At night it is so dark and people are walking around ( homeless) people. Management doesn’t really care about residents like they claim. Don’t move here!! This is the worse apt complex I’ve lived in.

Since they change previous manager ( Jessica ) with the new manager everything is like turning down the hill about maintenance , she make us like beggars to fix our sink and leaking then tried to blame us and tried to blame her own Maintenance guys . I’m tenant here and not your employee and we paid here ! So please fixed up our biggest issue with my unit , it’s been almost 3 months now , 6 times she send the plumber but never have a follow up and everytime I came to office and asked when you wanna fixed the problem she always said “ ok I will send someone tomorrow !” Note : they send maintenance today on April 18th 2025 around afternoon but like usual just do lil bit and that main tenance left and back just said “ the plumber will coming today !” … and like MAGIC they put in workin
