Tides at Eastchase Apartments

Just recently moved in, nothing short of amazing. They answered their emails very quickly (Thanks Diamond shoutout to you). When I moved in, there were minor things that I wanted fixed but other than that nothing bad to say. Rent is amazing. No sign of bugs at all WHICH I LOVE. Maintenance is insanely fast, thank you to them. I love living here so far.

On-site office team Diamond and Andrea (assistant community manager) and maintenance team Chris (head of maintenance) and Jose have been excellent, respectful and responsive. Late afternoon last Thursday I gave them a list of things I needed taken care of in my apartment. No expectation just hope. Within 24 hours Jose showed up with list in hand & went to work. Chris arrived and approved couple of "bigger" things that needed doing. EVERYTHING was repaired/replaced. I'm hopeful final issue will be resolved soon. Thank you so much to all!

They denied my application and stole my deposit!!! I contacted by phone and email and they NEVER gave me money!! Do NOT live in to this dump! Yeah the show model looked nice but the up keep outside is a nasty, filthy dump. Don’t believe me look at the trash dumpsters outside 🤢 slum property stay away

This experience has fallen short of my expectations. It seems the leasing office is overwhelmed, as work orders do not appear to be prioritized. Upon moving in, I was greeted by a persistent odor in the apartment, reminiscent of something decaying. Although maintenance conducted an ozone treatment, the smell remains despite my efforts to clean and use various odor eliminators. Additionally, the overgrown bushes outside are as tall as the windows, posing a safety hazard in the event of a fire, as they would obstruct visibility for the fire department. The flooring is also problematic, as it is lifting and presents a trip hazard, and the windows lack screens, further contributing to the overall dissatisfaction with my living conditions. I’ve never been to an apartments complex before that I toured that had compassionate, understanding and professional leasing agent and assistant manager until I went to The Tides at Eastchase and I met Mrs. Andrea and Diamond from the time I went into the office I felt at home, I felt welcome and every question and concern I had they assured me that they could handle all my wants, needs and concerns. I can’t wait to be apart of the community and look forward to working with an amazing staff. If you are looking for a nice property, a nice apartment with appliances, quiet and clean Please visit The Tides at Eastchase you want be disappointed. 🤞🏾
