Tides at East Summerlin

Update 2/2026: if you are considering renewing, you may receive a notice advising of a $1000 incentive to sign for 12 months, but in your portal the incentive will not reflect. Be mindful that it could potentially be a bait and switch to get the lease renewed, as the notice does not make mention of limitations and availability. I will update the outcome. Maintenance continues to stomp, jump, bang, and walk loudly back and forth across the roof of building 2 EVERYDAY FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS. And the management company has still not sent out a notice that they will be working up there or what exactly theyre even doing to need to be up there everyday making EXCESSIVE noise. I will now be sending my recordings and complaints directly to the PM corporate. ALWAYS inonveniences and inconsistencies

If I could give 0 stars I would. The first video is of my gate, I do not own a dog however it is filthy with dog prints and whatever else the previous tenants left behind on it. Next is my tub it started off with this tiny hole in the back that allowed water to go in and sit the next photo is what happened after that water sat there for a while mold started to grow and the tub is now peeled and water sits in it. Last but not least are our vents it is infested with dust, bird droppings and feathers, inside the air ducts where the air flows into the unit. In the other video you can clearly hear the pigeons hooting from inside the vents. All of this has been brought to managements attention since we initially moved in on 03/31/24 . Jorge has stated that none of this is their responsibility so

I had such a great experience working with Kanna (Lease Agent) and Lilia (Manager) while searching for my new apartment in Las Vegas! As a young adult searching for my first place on my own, I value not only the quality of the apartment but also the surrounding community and the professionalism of the staff. Thank you, Lily, for being incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the touring and application process. Your kindness truly made a lasting impression. Although I wasn’t able to move forward with the leasing process, I’ve already recommended The Tides on Summerlin to a few of my peers based on my great experience.
