Mice in the apartments, falling apart, takes multiple messages to get any maintenance issue addressed and the "solution" is always either temporary or non-existent. In general they clearly only care about your money and have no interest in providing clean and safe living spaces (like the law requires). Looking forward to their snarky reply. I recommend everyone having issues with them to report them to the city, maybe collectively we can actually hold them accountable for their unchecked greed and irresponsibility

I have nothing but good things to say about Tickle Realty! Unlike several other apartments I had seen, these ones actually matched both the pictures and descriptions—no unpleasant surprises. These apartments are also priced very fairly compared to others I have seen. Dustin was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful with setting up tours of different apartments. They made the application process very simple, and once I found the right apartment for me it was really easy to reserve the unit. I would suggest working with Dustin and Tickle Realty to anyone looking for a rental in Rochester!

I put in an application for an apartment and not even an hour later I see a video someone posted of a giant rat casually running across the floor like it pays rent there. 🚩 That was red flag number one. Then I looked at the reviews and saw a bunch of bad ones from 2025 up to now. Red flag number two. What really sealed the deal for me was the owner in the comments arguing with people instead of taking accountability. At that point I was like… yeah, I’m good. It’s crazy because the apartment actually looked nice, but honestly I’ll gladly lose $20 on an application fee before I sign a lease somewhere that comes with rats and attitude. Lesson learned. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Never even seen any properties from this business and I would not. Tickle Realty replies to these reviews is crazy! Lol. Not professional at all. So tickle Realty when you have potential tenants researching your business and they see the replies you leave to people who reviewed your business. Thats how you interact with them? Whether a tenant is right or wrong do better. Their is a way of communicating with someone professionally. 🤣🤣. And thats what im talking about right here rude, not professional. Thats why I educated myself and looked at the replies you left individuals, to know yea dont rent from them because look how they handle situations lol. Tickle Realty purchased my 91-year-old grandmother’s apartment complex in Lima, where she has lived for almost 30 years. Since the ownership change, the property has noticeably declined in upkeep and safety. There has been no consistent snow removal or salting of sidewalks, which is especially dangerous for elderly tenants. On Thanksgiving Day, the railing to my grandmother’s steps broke, creating a serious fall hazard. I contacted the company on November 28th and asked that it be repaired as soon as possible, emphasizing her age and the risk of injury.
