I think Tiber could drastically improve in terms of the services they provide to tenants. I did not have a pleasant experience renting from them. For those wondering what this experience has been like, the attached screenshot shows the bottom of the document that I sent to them after notifying them I would not be renewing my lease. I've heard stories from others about Tiber refusing to return phone calls and emails from tenants trying to get their security deposits back. I hope this is untrue, but it would not surprise me.

I have been renting for Tiber for the past year and just want to give them credit where credit is due before I move to my new apartment - they are wonderful! They addressed all of my maintenance requests within the same day, answered emails quickly, and got me into one of their apartments within 24 hours at the beginning of the pandemic (after I was evacuated from abroad and was in dire need of an appt). If you are considering renting with them, do it. Property management is hit or miss, and these guys are the best of the best.

I setup an appointment with Christy (during my lunch break) & she ghosted me, didn’t show up to our tour appointment. I scheduled this appointment with her YESTERDAY. Another gentleman was there for a tour and he reminded her of their appointment hours before coming. She has ignored all of our calls/messages. We waited 30 minutes before leaving. Grossly unprofessional and inconsiderate, I wish I could give -5 stars. At the very least if the tour had to be cancelled, some notice would’ve been appreciated. Why play games with people’s time like that?

I called Tiber recently and the staff was super helpful and addressed all of my concerns. 10/10 would recommend this agency! Thank you so much!

As a tenant of a Tiber Rental I can say they do a great job addressing issues as they come up with very fast and warm customer service.
