Thunderbird Terrace

The woman at the front desk was awesome and help me out with getting all the information I needed for my job to be done on the property. I wish I remembered her name. I will be going back to give Starbucks anytime I can.

I don't know what's up with this place but I felt an overwhelming urge to run as fast and far as I could away from this place. Every time I'd ride my bike past this place I found myself, subconsciously, crossing the street to stay as fast away as possible. Even my dog didn't want to be too near to this place.

Thunderbird Terrace is a low to mid level apartment complex. The exterior is always well kept and clean, and the interior the same. As with all apartments in the social economic category, the fine touches from paint to trim is common. The location is convenient to shopping and public transportation.

I don’t recommend this place to families of color. There’s a huge disadvantage and nothing is fixed when asked. You get complaints about stuff that you didn’t even do that another family did that has been there and gets away with it

This place is SUPER roachy.. ghetto.. and the land lady there. Has maintenance that work on projects in your home just to NOT finish the job
