We just completed a one year rental at the Fountains in Scottsdale, unit 1101 where Bonnie Kingcannon was the property manager/listing agent. We had a terrible experience from the beginning to the very end. If I could give this a zero rating, I would. She knowingly rented us this unit which was infested with roaches and mold. In March of 2024, we discovered mold/ water damage. See all photos of our disgusting living conditions we had to live through which we were not compensated for. There was absolutely no concern for our health and safety. We had to endure a month of construction / exposed walls, no washer and dryer, no access to one bathroom, potent odor from spray to control mold and constant inconvenience of being available for workers.
