I have had zero issues! Thrive is a great area and good apartment choice. The apartment was very clean on move in and the complex itself is quiet. I live in the complex with the pool and have no noise issues. Everyone is extremely friendly/trusting. Many resident stopped to help me move my things up the stairs. Great place to live. EDITED I changed my review stars to 4/5 due to the trash issues. For months this is what the dumpsters have looked like. It’s so nasty and smells terrible.

*EDIT* It is 2/28 and I’m updating this because NOTHING has been resolved. The ongoing smoke smell in my unit has not been addressed, and now all of my belongings are saturated with it. Management has not followed up about air duct cleaning or shown any real care or concern for residents’ living conditions. The concrete stairs above my unit are also breaking apart, and that safety issue continues to be ignored. There is a consistent pattern of neglect, poor communication, and lack of accountability. From the outside, it appears the property is being poorly managed, and the overall leadership and business practices are extremely concerning. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against leasing here.

Had such an amazing time at the resident event! Painting pumpkins and door mats, saw some amazing creations and got to chat with the Assistant manager Elena and the new property manager Daniel. They are both so nice and made me feel welcomed.

Trying to charge me a $350 cleaning fee after leaving, even after I paid an extra 2 months to break my lease, for which they also get to keep my whole deposit alternative. I also left the apartment cleaner than most people probably would. Now they're threatening to send me to collections and won't even have a discussion about the cleaning charge. Since they want to threaten me, I'll share some notes about this property I was going to keep to myself: 1) One day I faced an incursion of ants by the thousands from the crack beneath a window. Apparently, this is not considered an emergency and they were unwilling to send out maintenance to help. Thankfully I was home and was able to vacuum them up, tape over the gap, and at my own cost, go to the hardware store and buy silicone to keep them o

Haven't been here very long, but so far, I like it. Lots of cute little shops nearby, grocery not far away and parking is usually not too bad even though there are no dedicated parking spots, except for handicap parking. Maintenance and office staff are courteous. I think I will really love it once I finish moving my things in.
