Three Sons Property Management

Tried calling this business several times during posted hours with no response or call back about a listed property. It’s been about a week since contacting them. Completely unprofessional and frustrating. I wouldn’t put faith in future interactions to be helpful or reliable towards property maintenance. I wish anyone reading this luck in finding a safe place to call home in these difficult times and please stay away from this company if you want to keep your peace of mind.

Horrible people and horrible management!!! If I could give zero stars I would! They don't fix anything, even if it poses a health risk to you and your family. They don't return calls, when they do send someone to "fix" something it's an unlicensed person that they hired off the street who will do a horrible job and not even fix the problem. Absolute slum lords who only care about money. Save your money and stay away from this horrible place. They let their properties fall apart and do not care.

Poor communication, slow maintenance responses, and overall bad service that made my experience very frustrating with 3 sons property management. They were so unhelpful and felt like they were more focused on fees than tenant care.

So far, a horrific experience trying to get someone to even tell me if my application is approved or not the entire day since 9:30 am, 5 days after putting it in. Their site says they call you back in 2 days. Never did. Tells me they'll be done this evening finally after being told just a few more minutes after calling 5 times since this morning.why not just give a straight answer instead of stringing someone along a whole week and then the entire day. But for some reason proceeds to argue with me about their terms when trying to get a simple yes or no answer. I was never told I needed to be employed for the last 6 months. Awful 😡😤 My family and I had been renting through these folks for almost 3 years (after the first year transitioned from 12 month lease to month-to-month) and everything began copacetic enough, until maintenance was required and the straw that broke the camels back most recently, was the flat out theft of the majority of the rental payment for August and then waiting until their "late payment date" to actually accept the online payment we made (BEFORE THE FIRST of that month, September) which then threw us upside down with our bank (because they waited 9 days to accept, our bank had reverted the charge due to that amount of time that passed) and Three Sons thought it proper to apply a late fee of $75 as well as their very own NSF fee of $50 (& per own financial institution, completely ille
