Three Rivers Luxury Apartments

I transferred units within the complex and management added charges from the old unit without consent, refused rent, and threatened eviction. I’m now disputing this through legal channels. The former office staff has since been replaced. As of Nov 7 2025. Id also like to note, as a military veteran who has lived here via SSFV program through BrightPoint. Look else were, the name reads Luxury, i guess it depend on whats your idea of it. To me its not mean spirited people.

STAY AWAY Horrible manager, from what I've seen she was cursing at residents, and picking and choosing Who is allow to get emergency rental assistance shes only allowing the money from the state to people she likes and puts evictions on people she doesn't very evil and cruel. They just walk into your apartment unannounced claiming an emergency when their is none beware of this place its HELL. I HEARD ITS UP TO 5 CONDUMED APARTMENTS IN THE EAST OR NORTH BECAUSE OF MOLD AND WATER DAMAGE.

Lived here for 3 yrs now and have to say it has gotten worse each year. The complex sold 2 years ago and the staff has changed twice. They no longer do community events, the pool hasn't been open at all this season and is now green from lack of care. But hey lets keep charging the residents for ise and upkeep. The laundry rooms are a joke and they keep raising rent. This place is going down hill fast

I wouldn't even give Three Rivers by Barsala (Barsala, acquired by Landing, operates apartments within Three Rivers for rent - catering to both remote workers and short term travelers who are looking to stay in something other than a hotel) one star. Property was nothing like marketed on the Barsala website. Barsala also will not provide a refund, only credit for future stay. Unfortunately, who would trust to book with them again after arriving to destination and seeing this? I'm shocked that the owner response is that they are not sure who Barsala (Landing) is since they operate within their complex.

Overall, it’s a nice place to live downtown. However, management does not take salting the parking lot seriously. I have slipped and heard of other people slipping as well.
