Three Rivers

Moved in about a month ago and so far it’s great! Very quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are super friendly. There are some community cats in the neighborhood but they’re also very friendly. The unit itself is simple, but nice and easy to care for. It suits our needs very well. Huge kuddos to the manager, Chase! He is always on top of it, very friendly, and excels at communication. I’ve never had such personalized and thoughtful attention from an apartment manager. Give this man a raise! Highly recommend Three Rivers if you’re looking for a small, quiet community with 10/10 management :)

One of the best communities I have ever lived at! Chase is awesome! Got us in when we moved from alabama and it has been amazing! Def a great place to live as well as great location! 10/10 recommend

renewed my lease! it has been a pleasure living here. a fantastic living experience for a good price - the apartments are clean and spacious, and our only two maintenance issues were solved quite quickly. a huge shoutout to Chase, making it all happen in the office. there is a great dog park and it feels safe / feels like its own neighborhood. the proximity to the freeway has undoubtedly been more beneficial than detrimental.

Just moved into Three Rivers 3 days ago . This is move in ready clean... Was told yesterday that someone would be out to clean the unit again, but that has not happened. Was also told that pests were not a concern here. Found two cockroach nymphs in the master bedroom, which would say otherwise. If you like cats this may be the place for you. There are feral cats running around that live under stoops and use the grounds as their litter box. My apartment only slightly smells of cat. Apparently since they've been here for 10 years they've earned tenure. Walls are also thin. I've been listening to my neighbors dog cry since I moved in. I’ve been staying in Three Rivers since May 2024. So far, I am liking it compared to apartment complex that I’ve been. Additionally, I liked the fact that Three Rivers tried to address the maintenance concerns to their fullest. I am a person who likes clean and organize place and I could tell that Three Rivers was able to achieved that. The admins are approachable and easy to deal with. I liked the fact that I am not seeing lots of people loitering outside. The place is quiet and I can focus on my studies and can have a good rest from work.
