Three Light Luxury Apartments

Three Light is breathtaking to say the least! The cleanliness, the design and decoration of the entire building is unlike anything else in Kansas City. All the residents I encountered during my tour were so friendly and extremely happy to be living there. Justin was like tour guide and his bubbly yet professional personality was great! His knowledge of the building was impressive. He was patient and understanding to our repeated questions. He took the time to listen to us and made us excited about the prospect of living in Three Light. I highly recommend this building!!

Three light is unequivocally the best building in KC. Gorgeous amenities, fabulous views, and in an amazing location with great walkability to numerous restaurants, bars and pretty much anything else you could desire. Chase Hamilton was always available to answer any questions I had, day or night, and was such a pleasure to work with!

I absolutely love living here. The staff, including Danica, Andrea, Sierra, Justin, the front desk staff, the cleaning staff, and maintenance are all amazing. I could not say enough good things about them. Everyone has been so amazing and great to me. Ive made so many good friends. Chris has helped me so much at the bar as well.

In my opinion... I like it here, the view of the city lights is very nice. South side traffic noise is extremely loud. North side residents complain about the noise from the clubs, so try to get a place on the side. No drinks allowed at the pool or parties. You are required to buy drinks from their bar, I have had my bag searched. Lots of cars and bicycles have been stolen from the parking garage. The parking is tight. My parking neighbor hit my car, so I simply asked management to reassign them a new spot, they said no. "I apologize for any frustration, but I can't move an individual from their spot if they are not requesting the move. I can move you though!"

From the second I walked into Three Light for my scheduled tour, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality from Justin. I knew moving from Los Angeles to Kansas City was going to be a big change for me and Justin managed to make Three Light feel like home almost immediately. The property with all its music themed decor is breathtaking. Beyond the beauty, it is alive and welcoming. Applying was a breeze with Justin. He even kept in contact with me and responded promptly when I had questions back in Los Angeles before I officially moved. Once I arrived for move-in, the hospitality from the entire staff was again unmatched. Danica helped me familiarize myself with the amenities. Also, she was quick to show me where I could find a dolly to help move some of my big furniture items. So far, my e
