Everyone knows how hard it is to get a rental in San Diego. We were on our A game. Guess who else was. Nicole. She is amazing to work with. There were some initial concerns regarding my personal credit, due to factors outside my control. They took the time to hear me out and understand my situation and approved our application! (after reviewing off setting factors) Move was smoother than warm bread on butter. Any questions comments concerns I have, they answer in an above market time. Same day if not the next morning. We will always be turning to three guys and have not stopped recommending them to our friends who are looking for the gold standard of property management.
