Three Fountains Apartments

I absolutely adore my apartment and I love living here at Three Fountains. It’s been 10 months and I’m enjoying every minute of my solitude. It’s so quiet here. People respect each other. Everything from the grounds to the hallways are always so well tended and immaculate. The Management team is comprised of top notch professionals. The apartment itself was perfect when I moved in. It’s huge and has great cabinets. They’re deep enough in the kitchen that my plates fit inside, finally! There’s tons of cabinet space, a fantastic bathroom and the patio is perfect! I can sit outside and watch the rain fall down and stay dry. Oh, and my little support dog loves it!!

I have lived here for over five years now. The new management has jumped in with both feet to make improvements starting with brighter lights in what were kind of creepy hallways. My reports to the office for repairs in my apartment have always been quickly responded to on the same day. The new management has also begun a policy of sending out emails to notify residents of problems like emergencies that require the water being shut off to let us know how long they expect it to be off and just what is going on. Everything is maintained and cleaned very well without fail. I am very happy to call Three Fountains my home.

I love living at Three Fountains! There are plenty of activities for seniors to participate in. The grounds are beautifully maintained with lots of grass and trees. The management here is great, maintenence is quick and thorough. I'm very happy here. Sandra R.

I have been living in Three Fountains since the beginning of 2025, and I must say this is a beautiful and peaceful place to live in. It is well-maintained. If there is any issue, and you call the management, they are diligent to get the issue resolved and are helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good apartment to live in.

I have lived here more than 7 years. From the beginning of my stay, I have found it to be a friendly place. Since I have given up driving, I have appreciated that I have a shopping plaza across the street. I use the swimming pools and the gym. We have many social activities including coffee, games, potlucks, and other activities.
