Three Chopt West Apartments

These are nice little apartments and I've enjoyed decorating mine to feel at home. The office staff is great, especially Priscilla is always helpful and caring. Maintenance crew also responds to issues quickly. However there are some issues.... - They wouldn't turn on AC for residents until May and there were some HOT days in April. I don't understand this since residents pay their own utilities. They did end up quickly getting me an indoor AC unit, which I appreciated. - Beware of ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!!! I've never lived anywhere with so many of them. They are in the hallways, laundry room, and I can't keep them out of my unit even though I don't leave food out. I get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and find myself trying not to step on them. The massive ones I hate

Pricilla Easley and Phay Faulcon are the best outstanding Leasing Agents with their wonderful assistance with leasing an apartment and everything they could to help us with the applications. We needed to come back twice to look at the available apartments and they were very, very professional helpful and very sweet! We thank them very much!!

if you value respect and courtesy from your landlord, look elsewhere. tenants are not treated with respect; they are incredibly rude especially to renters who have been here for awhile. all they are interested in is slapping some new crappy flooring down and looking to rent to the next sucker. quality of these apartments is terrible. roaches everywhere. broken utilities. stay far away.

Gabby is a compassionate Property Manager, who listens to her tenant's concerns thoroughly. She problem solves with tenants in real time, with real solutions! I highly recommend her as building superintendent and a rental resource guide. Gabby provides the most favorable outcomes for her clients!

I have been a resident at Three Chopt for eight years and have enjoyed the experience. The apartments are spacious and affordable. Both the management and the maintenance staff have responded to any needs. I’ve had. I’ve developed a good relationship with them. Which has made my stay worthwhile. The Apartments are conveniently located to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. I have no problem recommending them as a place to live
