THR Design Build

My family and I moved into our new THR built home this year and we cannot be happier with the result. We went under contract for the home before the construction was complete and the THR team was amazing to work with, allowing us to make some custom additions and changes and even guiding us with expert vendors along the way. The process felt like we were being guided through a custom home build even though we were actually adding to their workload! And after we moved in, they were extremely quick to respond to small fixes and provided help with any additional vendors necessary to resolve issues. The communication was professional, the service was personal and genuine, and the final product is spectacular!

Because of my business, we had to relocate to Charlotte and find a home for the next few years. Coming from Europe, I was initially quite skeptical about the overall quality of American homes. However, the property we purchased in Wendover–Sedgewood exceeded our expectations in every way. In the summer of 2023, we toured many new homes around Charlotte, but the quality of THR clearly stood in a class of its own compared to everything else we saw. The interior quality, the level of finish, and the attention to detail are far superior to anything else available on the market. This group has been great to us since we bought our home. Nothing is ever perfect with a brand new home and their response is actually the best part about them. I've never once felt like I was left on an island or told "it doesn't matter". Great group of people and your project manager stays connected with you for quite some time after the purchase. Only other thing I would note, they DO NOT take shortcuts on the finishes. This is critical when selecting a home build in my opinion.
