Thornton Creek Apartments

The property manager, Jaynie, is amazing. She is always on top of taking care of the building, and maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner. She really cares about making sure the tenants are happy and taken care of. Communication is excellent. I have lived here for almost 2 years and have enjoyed my time.

The property manager, Jaynie, is amazing. She is extremely kind and goes out of her way to make her residents feel comfortable and at home. She puts a lot of effort into making the building a safe community that people are happy to live in. We are so grateful for how flexible and helpful she has been, making our time living here as stress-free as possible. The apartment itself is great too. The building is next to a nature area and a community garden, and walking distance from several restaurants and the light rail station.

I had lived here for almost five years. This apartment is very quiet, and super convenience for everything. Restaurant, mall, theater, gym, bus to downtown. Location is wonderful ! I would like to recommend the manager Jaynie. She is very responsible, work efficiently, helpful and thoughtful. She is always thinking and doing something to make this apartment to be better. She is really great. And the maintain technician is also responsible and professional. Just need to fill up a ticket on the website, they will contact you soon and helped to fix the problem quickly. Revolving door of property manager? Not an issue any more :D I can tell this community is getting better now that we have Jaynie as the new manager. I have lived here for almost 3 years and enjoyed the whole experience. Changed to the community is now well informed, all the maintenance requests are handled very fast and professional. When I lived on the ground level room I had no security related issues. When I lived on the top floor the room had quite a great view. This place is close to the new link station, the new NHL arena, the transit center, and the price is reasonable. The only reason that I am leaving is because I bought a property. I have recommended Thorton Creek to my friends. This place is great place to live now :D

The property manager kept looking inside my customers groceries. She complained that her tenant ordered too much and she wanted to have a chat with them. I was literally blocked from paging the customer on the door buzzer so the customer came outside during a cold front with her young child to see what was happening. Glad I have a witness and a video of her strange behavior around my car to file a police report. I wish I could leave a zero.
