My client forwarded me a copy of a complaint from Thornhill Properties regarding alleged noise coming from her unit. She asked for my assistance because her English is not strong enough for legal conversations. The complaint stated that they have “all supporting materials” related to the noise issue, although none were included with the letter. I was transferred to Denis Whiker. I began by explaining who I am and why I was calling. However, as soon as I mentioned that my client’s unit has been vacant since the middle of October, Denis abruptly interrupted me, stated that she was not allowed to speak with me, and hung up.
