READ MY REVIEW I lived there from November 2022-November 2025 Read others as well , yes it’s 3.6 stars for reasons honestly. The photos used on the website of what the outdoor amenities look like need to be updated! They are from from the 2020’s! I lived there from 2023-2025 and the pool doesn’t have the same lounge chairs anymore. Plus the tennis’s court is gone and BBQ area has significantly changed also, completely changed. The photos of the cedar shown also may be the exact one you will be placed in, that is a show model. The one you move into may not be available so you may get to see it and so there maybe issues within it. This leasing office is completely incompetent, and living here has been one of the most stressful housing experiences we’ve ever had. From unauthorized entry, to broken systems, to unsafe and unsanitary conditions, nothing about this property is handled professionally. While my wife and I were out of state, a maintenance worker entered the wrong apartment. This was not a small mistake — it was a serious violation of privacy and safety. We have video evidence, yet management was dismissive and failed to take meaningful accountability. Trust me. There are better places. Main reason not to live here is because it’s managed by “AMC.” Do your research and do not live at any “AMC” property. I’ve lived at two and will never again. Office staff are nice people. Sela the property manager has been very helpful during the many issues I’ve had here, but it still doesn’t make up for everything. Main issues are: 1) Deceptive rent pricing. My actual rent is $1,169. But after they add all their stupid fees I end up paying over $1,400 every month. You can’t opt out of these fees either. They charge $25 for a parking spot that’s so far away from the entrance. I end up actually using the common parking because it’s closer. Can’t opt out of this either. Trash? Sela, is a truly outstanding and dedicated property manager. A contrasting night and day difference between her, and the last property manager. Not knowing logistically what she has done inside of the office itself. I can tell you as a tenant, the vibe and atmosphere when you walk in the office. This apartment is an absolute nightmare. We have dealt with a severe rodent infestation, including droppings in our bed and living areas. Pest control barely addressed the issue, setting only one trap while mice continued to run freely in our home. For context, we are extremely clean tenants, so this is entirely due to poor building management and negligence. Management has dismissed repeated emails and formal notices documenting these problems amongst others, showing a complete lack of concern for tenant safety. Adding insult to injury, there have been an unauthorized entry into our unit, which are illegal and a serious violation of our privacy and sense of security.
