No option is available to give negative or NO STAR evaluation. I met many Leasing Agents since Jan. 9th 2026 to rent one bedroom apartment. Today is February 20, 2026. Only one of them was honest. The rest of the leasing agents showed us rundown, to be fixed, to be remodeled cabinets and at the far end without cleaning, sweeping OR mopping the floor, even after more than 30+ days of us seeing from the first tour and going back to see "work done". One of the complexes, Thornbridge Apartments, 5210 Monterey Road was painting the apartment for 30+ days. During the First tour, the Agent showed us 2 apartments. We selected the "move-in-ready" apartment and went home, since it was getting late to fill up the application. The next day, when we went to sign-up, we were told that the apartment we

So i been here for 1 month and tbh everything was going great until cleaning the bathroom seen there was mold behind the toilet and next to the sink. Working in medical field mold is bad. I reached out to them to get it fix and they did came and all they did was put a liquid and thats it didnt work. I reached out again and marcela was supposed to come that same day with other people before 5:30 waited for them and never showed up. I been trying to clean it my self but its just way to much. I sent messages and everything but no response very.

I lived in Thornbridge Apartments from September 2014 through March 2025 and all in all I have been more than pleased with my stay here. Especially the past couple of years. The current staff & maintenance crew has been the best ever. They are all very friendly and easy to get along with and always ready to help if needed. In earlier years there was a roach problem, but I have not seen one or any traces of any for the past 2 years. I will truly miss this place, in fact, the only reason we are leaving is because of a workplace location issue. If, by chance we should ever need to re-locate to this area I hope that we could move in here again. Miguel, Jenna & company are the best. 5 stars isn’t enough. They are now trying to get solar power to cut electric costs. They are constantly improving

After almost 2 decades of living here Thornbridge improved immensely with the help of Miguel (Chief of Maintenance), his crew and Maryanha. They brought incredible positive changes and for once the most reliable team here. The transparency between us residents and them have been mostly appreciated. Miguel's prompt, efficient work and overall professionalism and Maryanha’s responsiveness transformed this complex like never before. I would most definitely give more than 5 stars if I could, I cannot thank them enough for all they have done! AMAZING JOB TO MIGUEL AND HIS CREW!!!! 👏

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Do not move here under any circumstances unless you want a roach infestation. This place is filthy and needs so much attention and renovation done. Corporate management does not care about the residents and community. All they do is lie and steal your money but it’s not worth it. This place has physically made me sick due to intoxicating BLACK MOLD. I had mentioned several times that I wanted a lease break and my money back due to my health deteriorating and they refuse to do anything for me. Thornbridge is a seriously awful place and i feel bad for anyone living here because in no way should anyone ever deserve this. This is such a hazard to people health and safety. Do better this is sick and so sad.
