**Update (12/28/2025): As of today, I have not received the reimbursement that was discussed. Written notice has been provided and I am pursuing available legal remedies.** I have rented in Texas for years, and I have never experienced anything as unprofessional and exhausting as Casagave at Larkspur under Thompson Realty 😡 Here are the facts from my experience: Lease withheld: The night before my scheduled move-in, my electronic lease access was revoked. Despite repeated requests, I was not provided a corrected, valid lease. Without a lease, I had no legal possession and had to cancel my movers 🚚💸 which cost me money, time off work, and a lot of stress. Typing up a lease is a very simple task yet somehow it was not accomplished 😑 Specials not honored: They advertise enticing specials
