Thomas Evans has been an amazing person to work with as a General Contractor. As an Architect living in the Charleston's Historic Peninsula area, he has been an invaluable partner in replacing all of the windows, shutters, roofing, and most recently repairing storm damage from the hurricanes in our 1860’s era home. He has his own crews that do the majority of the work, from demolition to reconstruction along with painting. They are extremely respectful of your home and minimize any impact on neighbors during construction. We will continue to depend on Thomas when future projects arise.

Thomas Evans and team did a fantastic job with a complete remodel and rearchitecture of our kitchen area. The workmanship of the father-son carpentry team was especially impressive. Tommy also helped us get to a solution for some awkward aspects of the house that was far superior to any other contractors we interviewed. We are thrilled with the result and 2 years later, the quality has held up. We would use Thomas Evans Construction again for other projects and have recommended them to friends and neighbors.

I'm thrilled with the work Thomas Evans’ team did on my home. They transformed my unused two-story foyer into a bright and functional office space, complete with custom French doors. They also fixed a long-standing hood vent issue in my kitchen, making cooking a much more pleasant experience. They added two sets of custom French doors to our downstairs living area. And finally, they converted our laundry room half-bath into a full-sized bathroom with laundry. The quality of their work is exceptional, and they were a pleasure to work with. Thomas Evans does quality work. Just like any busy contractor, there were delays and miscommunication here and there, but the final product he delivered was exceptional. We had two other contractors say they couldn’t renovate our master bathroom into a Japanese style one. Thomas’ team did a highly professional, meticulous job, and we have since been enjoying a perfect, stunning Japanese style bathroom. I give him my strongest recommendation and will be happy to work with him again.

Thomas Evans felt the need to slow down while I was turning left on IOP connector to flick me off because of my Harris Walz sticker. Unprofessional individual, un-American, and a bad neighbor.
