I absolutely LOVE living here. As a mother with two small children, I feel so safe in this neighborhood behind the busy city life. The pool is always sparkling clean and nice. My children love the playground as well. We are minutes away from all the shops, but on a quiet street. The neighborhood itself is quiet and so peaceful, I don’t even hear my neighbors. My 3 bedroom apartment feels like a home because of the large size. The application process was a breeze and the leasing agent Jon has always been so nice and professional as well. Sherri the manager is nice and friendly if I ever have any questions. I have also seen the courtesy officer respond promptly to concerns from a neighbor and I am thankful for her too. I have not had an issue with LMS Towing, and I feel like as long as you d

**Avoid This Apartment Complex!** I strongly recommend not applying for an apartment here. My friend applied, and the experience was frustrating. The management seems more interested in collecting application fees than in finding suitable tenants. Even if you meet all the criteria and are approved, you might still be denied for arbitrary reasons—like a "rude" reference, despite having multiple others to call. She had a particularly negative experience with Jon, one of the office staff. He came across as unprofessional and overly sensitive, which raises concerns about how he might treat residents if they voice any issues or if he doesn't like them. She found a much better apartment in a nicer neighborhood, where the staff is friendly and professional. Save your application fee and look fo

We lived at Thomas Estates for 2 years, and it was the best experience! Maintenance requests were always taken care of asap, office staff was always polite/attentive, and the complex was always kept clean. The only reason we moved was because our family had grown bigger & we needed more space. Would recommend to anybody!

I recently moved out of Thomas Estates after living there for a year and six months, and it was an amazing experience! The location was perfect, with a whole bunch of stores nearby, making shopping incredibly convenient. The complex felt very safe, providing a great sense of security. One of my favorite features was the well-maintained pool, which was a fantastic place to relax. The management at Thomas Estates was exceptional, always responding to inquiries within 10 minutes. Maintenance was equally impressive, usually coming the same day a request was made. The apartment itself was in great condition, and I had fantastic neighbors who made the community feel welcoming. The rent was very reasonable for the amount of space, especially for a two-bedroom apartment. I highly recommend Thomas

My sister recently called in to get more information regarding availability and pricing . She spoke with Jon who was very unpleasant and didn't provide much assistance . She was looking to move in around or on October 4th. Jon continued to cut her off in conversation without letting her express her wants/needs. Jon seemed frustrated and disgruntled at the questions being asked and didn't provide a sense of comfortability with moving forward . Very unfortunate being that my sister was only inquiring on simple information that Jon, as a leasing agent should be knowledgeable about. All in all my sister is choosing not to move forward with this company because if Jon is this unpleasant during this time, I can only imagine if she had a maintenance request or any other issue on this property .
