Very knowledgeable of current market conditions and pricing. Found us a house rather quickly, discussed what we should offer and it was accepted. Love our house and feel very comfortable with the price. Thom is very professional and has a very nice friendly side to him. If you’re looking for a realtor, don’t bother looking any further than Thom. We highly recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or refer him to family and friends.
