Thirdstone properties is the bomb I love everyone that works their. I would rent from them over and over again. Now if my house endeavors follow through. I will not stay in this landlord house.Any longer past my lease and it has nothing to do with Thirdstone. I tell everyone stay away from JWB and go to Thirdstone to be treated right!! It has been my personal experience that they go over and beyond to fix an issue. So don't believe the reports that say they don't fix things its a lie!! I take got pride in given Thirdstone my rent just because of the way I am treated which is fair. That's all anyone could ask for however, at times they are more than fair. Just for the record I have never rented from JWB I saw how they treated my friends and family.. Run 🏃don't walk too thirdstone!! God Ble

Bernin is a fantastic and patient employee, who has gone above and beyond to answer my full array of questions. Rude individuals who didn’t care about people would simply tell someone to not prepare for what-if situations but Bernin cares about his job and cares about people. BEWARE!!!! RATS in bed, LEAKING windows, possible MOLD, no adequate heat in home, and DIRTY at move-in!!!! Videos attached for your viewing and verifying pleasure. For over a month, I have been fighting to get adequate pest control in my home. After weeks of the issue being unresolved and me moving out temporarily because there were literal rodents in my bed every night, they told me that the situation was NOT unlivable and I choose to leave, I did not have to leave, so they would not be giving me any reduction in rent for the TWO WEEKS that I did not stay there (and had nowhere else to sleep in my home).
