Roaches and bugs, lot of them. They will come and spray and put bait when you call but still so many of them. They charged us $110 for blinds and $120 for cleaning when we moved out but we vaccum, cleaned, and steam mop verify good and nothing wrong with the blinds. I called the office but no one answered. I send email but no replied.

Maintenance ignores requests and it takes forever to get things fixed. The management is poor and unhelpful".

I have lived in the apartments I have lived in longer than you all have leased them. I pay my rent ON TIME EVERY MONTH! But right now you all think it’s fine to not approve the repair of my air conditioning unit to be fixed causing my child and I to be VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Do you really care about your residents? It doesn’t seem like you do. But yet it’s the first of the month and I NEED TO PAY RENT, but y’all don’t NEED TO FIX THE A/C PROBLEM…… MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!
