so one year in like june, laura and jackie sent my husband and i an email that we owed them back pay for not paying our rent for february the PREVIOUS year and immediately went straight to threatening us with eviction, and were very aggressive about it too. i want back and did the math and it turned out we were $500 overpaid to them. also they were rude after we actually moved in and just stopped ignoring all of our correspondence a few months in. not a good look for a landlord. also laura ran for mayor and put her sign up in our yard without asking if it was okay and threw a fit when we took it down.
