Thickett Apartments

Worked with a client & did some cleaning. Two sinks water was not flowing down. Come to find out it was all caked up with sludge. I would think before renting you would hire a cleaning crew to come in or have maintenance check things out in this case it was pretty disgusting. 🤮 buyer be aware do a thorough look.

I have to say that I don’t normally leave a review for anything other than stores or hotels and such. However I must say as a former tenant I loved this place. It was convenient to many restaurants and shops. The office staff Ms. Mary and Ms. Sherry were very helpful with my move in and move out. My apartment was very clean and up to date for the age of the property. It’s nestled in a quiet wooded area. Kinda of like being in the country while still being in the city. Only reason I moved is because I needed more bedrooms. Thank you to all the Staff at Thickett for being so helpful and nice during my stay.

We recently moved in and are so far very pleased with everything. Today, I was very appreciative of the help from Michael and Chad (maintenance at Thicket). They were awesome! We had an issue with a leak at the water valve for our washing machine. They fixed the leak and went above and beyond by hooking up our personal washer and dryer! We had been without for several days due to moving and the laundry was piling up. I’ve been doing laundry all day and my husband came home from a long day of work, fully expecting to have to hook up everything himself and was pleasantly surprised that everything was done! Fantastic job, Michael and Chad! Thank you!

I moved in two days ago and already I am completely pleased with my choice. I had to do everything over the phone and online until i got here and was not disappointed with what was promised. The apartment was clean and ready to go for me to move in on time. There were minor things that needed attention, but within a few hours I had great help here fixing them. Mary and Shannon were amazing and very helpful. Michael and Brian are very much fast and efficient. I am excited to live here. The people here are really friendly as well! Update: Been living here for about 4 months and I absolutely love it! Of all of the apartments I've stayed at in Charleston this is definitely the best bang for your buck. We have been here for about a year and the location is fantastic, with the mall right across the street and just a short drive to Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island, or even downtown. The apartment is pretty nice, but what really makes the complex itself great is the staff. Any service request I put in is handled near immediately, and the service staff are pleasant and helpful to a degree I have not seen at other complexes. The office staff is also very helpful and communicative. I am super excited that we found this place!
