Happy to have chosen TheYard to live in, we really like the space, amenities, and vibe. Angel and Cait are the best! And our cat LOVES it even more.

I’ve absolutely love living here. The townhome yard is such a rare find in Salt Lake City. It’s well kept, spacious, and perfect for relaxing, gardening, or just enjoying some fresh air. It really makes the place feel like a home rather than just another apartment. The location is super convenient, especially being close to shops, dining, and public transit. You do hear some noise from the nearby apartments and TRAX at times, but honestly, that’s the tradeoff for being in such a central, accessible area and it’s something you get used to quickly. Overall, the benefits far outweigh that minor downside. Great community, great space, and a location that makes everyday life easy. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a townhome feel with outdoor space in SLC.

Toured here and was shocked at the townhome sizes! The gym is amazing and has all of the equipment that i need. I am hoping to move here within the next year.

We moved in to our townhouse in September and have absolutely loved it! The year around heated pool is amazing! We use it multiple times a week, the gym is very nicely stocked and doesn’t feel too cramped or outdated. You can hear the trains but it’s never bothered us, if anything we oddly like it 🤷🏼‍♀️ We rented the clubhouse for my daughter’s bday, it was the perfect space for her party. The staff is super helpful as well and very prompt at responding to any issues we’ve had. The only complaint we’ve had is one of the machines in the gym has been broken for several months and it’s a key machine used by all regularly. Other than that we love it!

Just moved in!! Love the amenities, the service and my new home! Everyone on the staff has been super helpful and attentive so far. Can be a bit noisy with the train if you’re not into that but I love seeing it pass by!
