Theta Apartments

Moved in and the apartment looked like it was never cleaned. Ink stains on the walls and dead bugs on the floor. The apartment are not cable and internet ready. And the office workers are never there or do not answer their phone. I've trying to get find out where my mail box is located for the past week. Update. Put in my 30 day notice back in February due to the ceiling leaking and falling in. I get a bill saying I owe them $4000. Look at the pictures and videos and you tell me if I should pay

Would not recommend living here a lot of trash everywhere they said people set fires in the dumpsters. People are rude. Lotta police activity here very much so roaches infestations they don’t fix any of your stuff when you need it. Done still waiting for a gaping hole in one of the bathrooms to be fixed, been smelling like mold and it’s leaking from upstairs yet it’s been like this for months Management is never here. Can never find anyone in the office laundry room. They have homeless people in their wash clothes all the time and you gotta watch your vehicles people breaking into them constantly very unsafe and unsanitary place not recommend living here.

My mom and I have lived in these apartments since 2010. From 2010-2015 great neighborhood, but management was always changing and the upkeep was never there. We lived above a resident who had MOLD INFESTATION in their apartment and it started to feed up into my mom’s bathroom. This complex is invested with roaches and homeless folks in the alley near Channel 7 news, if you enter the road off Comanche you’re greeted by homeless taking shelter at the old dentist office. My mom had over 10 year old carpet and they refused to renovate her apt: we had a great manager that was starting the process and had her wood flooring in the living room but he got fired. Cars get broken into here and no lights at night they always go out. The walls are thin, my mom puts in so many work orders and they faile

The heat in our bedroom went out late December. I have been Hospitalized for Pneumonia. From sleeping in a frozen room. Now I will be sent home early February and still no sign of having our heat fixed. I can only see a future of fighting legally since apparently a fix isn't coming, even after almost killing me!

Lived here for almost 5 years, worst management ever, no maintenance is ever done, bug and mold infestation. Leaky roofs, never anyone on site, homeless people wander around and steal things off porches. Laundry room is never open or working, DO NOT RENT HERE unless you want to be sick from mold and cockroaches as your roommates (:
